1. Order Processing and Delivery Estimates

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability.
Shipping Time: After your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes 7–15 business days. Actual delivery times depend on your destination and local courier services.
The total estimated delivery time is the combined processing and shipping time. For example, an order may require 1–5 business days for processing, followed by an additional 7–15 business days in transit.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing tracking details. You can also view the latest order status on your order confirmation page.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are determined by your order total, package weight, and delivery destination. Our standard shipping rates are as follows:
- Orders over $69 USD: Free shipping
- Orders under $69 USD: A flat shipping fee of $8 USD
The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
3. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Depending on the destination country's regulations, international shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes, or value-added tax (VAT).
These charges are assessed by the relevant local authorities and, if applicable, must be paid by the customer.
To avoid unexpected costs, we recommend checking with your local customs office for information about potential import charges before ordering.
4. International Delivery
We deliver to most countries and regions worldwide. However, delivery conditions and transit times may differ by location.
Please keep the following in mind:
- Estimated delivery dates: Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses: Express shipping is not available for these addresses.
- Remote destinations: Orders shipped to remote areas may require additional transit time.
